The Role As our Plumbing Supervisor, you’ll oversee a wide variety of plumbing projects at customer sites across the North West. Specifically, you’ll manage the day-to-day operations of our teams, keeping everything on track, on time and within budget, while working closely with the Technical Operations Manager to keep projects moving forward. You'll be a motivating leader, guiding both direct and subcontracted teams to achieve their best work efficiently and effectively and ensuring projects are delivered to the required high standard. Your role will also involve:
• Ensuring health and safety regulations are met
• Training and developing new team members, helping them reach their full potential
• Supporting the building and management of the installation supply chain
• Conducting water efficiency surveys in both homes and businesses
• Handling out-of-hours callouts as required About You To be considered as our Plumbing Supervisor, you will need:
• Experience in maintenance plumbing
• Experience in a supervisory role or experience managing a remote field team
• At a minimum, a level two City and Guilds Plumbing qualification
• A Water Regulations certificate
• A clean DBS certificate
