You will update content periodically for the social media pages and the websites and maintain customer awarenessKey Responsibilities :\xc2\xa0- Implement, execute, and optimize Plus+1's organic social media marketing- Create an original content copy- Create high-quality, engaging, relevant, and timely content- Writing and crafting posts that align with company objectives- Create and publish a weekly newsletter with trends and updates in the healthcare industry with inputs from Leadership- Manage the social media editorial calendar and ensure the content is published by the stipulated deadlines- Serve as a point of contact for Plus+1's social media platforms, including LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram and Google Business Interact with community members and customers in a professional, personable, and timely manner to grow and connect with the community Boosting fan engagement across Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram.- Standardize tracking, tools, and measurement methodologies Identifying, monitoring, and analyzing KPIs for social to formulate data-driven insights and recommendations- Generate comprehensive reports on overall community sentiment and notable trends and provide meaningful feedback- Manage monthly reporting and present out to leadership.- Gather information from prospective customers and enter into lead management software- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines- Maintain a keen understanding of social media industry trends and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them.Candidate Profile :You have :- Knowledge of Content Creation Tools- Experience in Vector Image Editing/Movie Editing- Excellent Spoken and Written English,- Creative vision- Some Copywriting experience, particularly in social media storytelling or blogging- Advanced knowledge and understanding of online communication channels like social media, customer review sites, digital resources and communities.- Hands-on experience with Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn.- Hands-on experience with WordPress- Knowledge of Social Media Tools like Buffer/Dlvr.it/Hootsuite\xc2\xa0- Strong understanding of digital PR/marketingAwesome to have :- Good at Identifying Tags/Keywords across social networks- Ability to Write good reports and conduct interviews- Conversant in social analytics, social listening, and automation tools.- Knowledge of Healthcare Technology- Strong understanding of digital PR/marketingEducation and Experience :\xc2\xa0Any Graduate- 1-4 years of experience in digital marketing (ref:updazz.com)
