Job Summary:
The PM Houseperson will ensure all guest-accessible public areas are clean and well-maintained, assist room attendants, as needed, and respond to guest request calls. The goal is to provide Level5 Hospitality high-touch housekeeping service for each guest stay. (This is for a "PM Shift". Must be available to work approximately between 3pm-11pm and/or 2pm-10pm.)
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Clean common areas including the lobby, bar/dining area, public restrooms, hallways, back office space, and any other spaces as needed
• Fulfills guest requests made to front desk staff, including but not limited to delivery of requested toiletries and linens
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of housekeeping storage closets and corridors including removing trash, wiping down shelves/counters; sweeping, moping and/or vacuuming floors; and removing non-floor closet items and storing them in appropriate areas
• Respond to special requests, guest complaints, and the delivery of housekeeping/room supplies to achieve complete guest satisfaction
• Deliver lost and found items according to established procedures
• May occasionally assist with "deep cleaning" housekeeping projects
• Performs other related duties as assigned by their Supervisor
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Detail-oriented and thorough
• Ability to remain discreet and respect the privacy of guests
• Ability to perform consistent work to the highest of standards
• Ability to interact with guests in a pleasant, friendly way
Education and Experience:
• Sufficient education and literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs
• Ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in basic English preferred
Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position during shift.
• Must be able to access and navigate the facility.
• Employees must adhere to safety requirements by wearing the appropriate personal protective equipment.
• Work is routine and repetitive and may require strenuous physical exertion at times, including the ability to move objects weighing up to 50lbs.
SUNDAY - THURSDAY available; must be able to work 4-5 nights per week.
32-40 hours per week
