THE ROLE
The immediate focus for the lead analyst would be on streamlining the performance reporting methodology for all Cloud clients, working both internally and with clients across all levels to enable performance measurement. Candidates must have experience working with large sets of data, in breaking down and solving problems through quantitative thinking and analysis and be comfortable working with all stakeholder levels within both Temenos and its clients.
OPPORTUNITES
• You will extract data from various systems to derive meaningful scorecards/dashboards to enable decision-making
• You will g ather and analyze information, formulate, and test hypotheses, and develop and communicate recommendations.
• You will present results, recommend process changes and work with various teams to build consensus and deploy remediations
• You will lead operation improvement programs – coordinating with various stakeholders across the organization
Skills
• You should have 3+ years of experience in a data reporting/data analyst/business analyst role
• You Should have 1.5+ years of experience in PowerBI Development and implementation activities
• You should have strong practical, working knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
• You should have excellent written and communication skills.
• You should have ability to work independently, with others, and with external parties.
• You should be extremely organized with strong time-management skills
• You should have strong documentation and analysis skills are essential.
