If you're someone who thrives on turning data into meaningful insights, enjoys structure and clarity, and is comfortable working in a dynamic environment where no two days look the same, we'd love to hear from you.
What your day might look like
Developing and maintaining high quality portfolio, programme, and project reporting and dashboards to give clear visibility of progress, health, risks, issues, resourcing, finances, and dependencies
Collating, analysing, and synthesising project and programme data to produce accurate and timely portfolio insights
Working closely with Delivery Leads to ensure plans, schedules, milestones, and critical paths are robust, integrated, and regularly maintained
Supporting the development and tracking of OKRs, ensuring alignment with portfolio priorities and reporting needs
Providing insights into trends, sequencing, and resourcing to support decision making across the change portfolio.
Supporting the smooth running of governance forums by preparing quality reporting, managing actions, and maintaining EPMO standards, templates, and tools
Championing consistent delivery practices and contributing to continuous improvement across the EPMO
What we're looking for
4-5 years' experience in PMO/EPMO, reporting, analytics, or project delivery support roles
Experience working within a PMO/EPMO or structured project/programme delivery environment
Strong capability in Excel, Power BI, MS Project, and PowerPoint, with the ability to turn data into clear insights and compelling narratives
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to work confidently across business, delivery, and technology teams in a fast paced environment
Excellent organisation and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple demands and maintain high quality outputs
An understanding of insurance is desirable, but not essential
