Job Description
Experience working within Agile and waterfall based delivery programmes/projects
Experience of managing the PMO function for complex multi-million pound programmes
Strong financial analysis skills including budgeting and forecasting
The ability to translate project requirements into media-friendly language
Experience of using Atlassian JIRA and Confluence systems (or similar ticketing/wiki software) as part of a delivery programme, including ability to export reports
Perform regular Portfolio reporting activities to Legal and Group stakeholders
Quality planning including projects and risk reviews
Reporting and escalating in an appropriate and timely fashion, and initiate timely, corrective action where required
Ability to review project deliverables for completeness and quality, and compliance with established project standards in line with the Compliance Governance Manual
Project Office Management experience
Exposure to Project Accountancy
Oral and written communication to board standard
Managerial Responsibilities
Mentor PM and BA community with respect to project management best practices and training needs
Support the CSB Bank Project management service and processes
Program Reporting - collating and quality assuring packs for Program Status, Board, Steering Committee and IB Execution Board meetings
Program Communications - Own and maintain the Program SharePoint and schedule Program communications meetings
Facilitate and manage the preparation and smooth running of key governance forums
Establishing and agreeing project acceptance criteria which will be used to confirm achievement of inception phase and appropriate sign-off
Financial Management Manage the Program financials by coordinating with Technology and business verticals, finance on accruals, forecast and reconciliation of actuals
Supplier Management Manage business resources, including contractors and Statement of Works for Consultants
Plan Management Create and maintain the integrated Program plan across multiple workstreams, working closely with the Program lead
Defining governance of Legal-supported Change
Ensure project activities align with the overarching Compliance Strategic Change Agenda
Work closely with the Head of Programs and Projects on day to day activities
PMP, PRINC2FC, CSM, ITILV3
