Job Title- PMO Specialist
Location- Pune
Role Description
The PMO Specialist is responsible for supporting the implementation of methodologies, best practice standards and quality assurance activities in project/programme management across the portfolio. The PMO Specialist will also focus on driving quality improvements and project manager training. PMO Specialist functionally reports to the PMO Manager.
Programme and Project office is one of the key portfolio to support the Programme governance, financials, resourcing , management information reporting & data analytics, supporting the overall Programme Execution function. Recently most of the positions has been moved to Low cost location; we are able to prove the delivery without any impact on business successfully, resulting in some very good cost saves. One of the key member , Manish who was contributing to delivery has been selected for another role via RTP Process. As Manish is key person from contributions perspective, was managing critical activities and deliverables, it's important to get his replacement/backfill asap for business continuity.
In the absence of the role, business continuity will be at risk, major deliverables at the Programme level will be impacted

Your key responsibilities
• Financial Reporting & Governance
• Control over the budgeting, planning and maintaining financial hygiene across TI stakeholders as well as the with the vendors
• Play Key role in the investment governance to priorities the business need and benefits
• Tracking and executing Non-Labor Transactions in association with CTB Cost Allocations (Finance) Team and Programme / Project PMOs
• Benefit tracking – identifying benefits @ risk, early warnings to Sr. management.
• Drive Central Coordination, tracking activities regarding financials, books & records, system updates, business mangement
• Compliance and Risk Management
• Ensure to manage all compliance factor to stay within threshold including project budget, risk, issues and deliveries
• Strategic engagement with stakeholders to keep portfolio clean and compliant in all disciplines
• Resource Management
• Multiple layer reporting and provide governance over the Head Count
• Maintain multiple factor information for the management based on the resource locations roles and programme wise headcount
• Trainings and Knowledge Management
• Distribute monthly portfolio look ahead which includes to do activities to be performed as an PMO or Project manager
• Conduct multiple boot camps to educate PMO to with their role and responsibilities
