Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for a PMO Team Lead to join AC3 in a hands-on delivery role with a strong people leadership focus. You’ll lead and coach a team of Project Managers, oversee end-to-end delivery across large government programs, and act as the calm escalation point when projects drift or customers need reassurance. You’ll bring enough technical depth to guide decisions across networking, infrastructure, cloud, cyber and ServiceNow.

What you’ll do?
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects from initiation through transition
Coach PMs through 1:1s, development plans, performance conversations and KPIs
Manage escalations with customers and internally, defusing issues with clear remediation plans
Run reporting including KPI, financial, utilisation and portfolio health reporting
Oversee portfolio status for strategic customers across multiple concurrent projects
What we'd love to see?
Experience in an MSP or professional services environment delivering into government
Proven delivery of 2-3 large projects (around $100k-$1m) with multi-team delivery
Exposure to networking, infrastructure, cloud and cyber delivery environments
People leadership exposure in any capacity, including coaching, 1:1s and performance support
A plus if you have…
ServiceNow delivery exposure
Experience contributing to major tenders or bid teams
PRINCE2, PMP or Agile project management certification
