Client Engagement and Protection IT (CEP IT) encompasses applications for Client Lifecycle management, Due Diligence /KYC, Customer Relation Management, Service Request Management, Referential and Data Quality, PreTrade Transaction Screening and Anti-Money Laundering and global HT Functions. Technologies being used include Java, .NET, Angular, Informatica, PowerBI, Fenergo, Siebel, Actimize, Camunda, Drools on private cloud infrastructure. Agile and DevSecOps practices are widely used. Position Purpose
As part of the CIO Office and Governance team –
Compute and share Performance Measurement System metrics with stakeholders. Have a view on data quality in reporting systems, do necessary clean-up and propose improvements. Generate reports, identify and correct any discrepancies / anomalies. Take long term measures to fix data quality issues.
CIO office provide support in the alignment of the CEP IT to the IT Group & CIB IT Governance principles.
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
• Monthly project report campaign to ensure all the projects details are aligned in the tool as prescribed by project governance framework.
• Compute and share PMS - Performance Measurement System metrics.
• Ensure good Data quality in reporting tools spanning HC, Investment committees, Project committees, etc.
• Contribute to Project portfolio review. (PID, ITVC documentation)
• Perform Operational process controls and set framework in place for adherence.
• Ensure reporting is aligned with CIB & Group Standards. Attend group meetings to understand differential in standards and improve processes in vertical.
• Drive a proper Governance framework to ensure all policies and procedures are adhered at all levels.
• Archive and retain project records, historical information, documents in order to retain organization knowledge, comply with statutory requirements and ensure availability of data for potential use in future projects and internal/external audits.
• T&E and Capex Administration: Oversee and monitor the Budgeted vs Actuals for CEP IT
• Preparation of daily/weekly/monthly project status reports as requested by senior management.
