Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Pneumatics Service Technician at Ozar Tools. The Pneumatics Service Technician will be responsible for maintenance and repair tasks of Pneumatics Machines like Impact Wrench, Die Grinders etc. , troubleshooting pneumatic systems, providing field service support, and delivering exceptional customer service. While the role is primarily located in Gurugram, it offers flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
• Maintenance & Repair, Troubleshooting, and Field Service skills
• Customer Service and Maintenance experience
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in a related field is a plus
• Diploma or certification in Pneumatics or a related field
