Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager at PneumoCare Health Pvt. Ltd. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing growth strategies, and achieving sales targets. While the role is based in Bengaluru, there is flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or related field
• Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry and medical devices is a plus
• Experience with CRM software and sales performance tracking
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
• Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages a plus
