Overview
EBS Productions is launching a new independent streaming platform and is seeking founding podcast hosts to help build the next wave of independent digital media.
We are not just looking for podcasters.
We are looking for personalities, storytellers, cultural commentators, and creators with a voice.
This is an opportunity to grow with a platform from the ground up.
What We’re Building:
EBS is launching a curated streaming platform featuring original podcasts, episodic content, and independent productions. Our goal is to:
Grow a strong subscriber-based ecosystem
Bring engaged audiences into one centralized platform
Produce consistent weekly content
Monetize through subscriptions, ads, and sponsorships
We are currently onboarding podcast hosts for our first wave of original programming.
Ownership Structure (Important)
Hosts retain ownership of their podcast IP (name, brand, concept).
EBS receives exclusive distribution rights during the contract term.
Content will be distributed through the EBS streaming platform.
We believe in partnership — not ownership grabs.
Compensation Structure
This is a performance-based revenue opportunity.
Phase 1 – Growth Phase
During platform launch and growth, hosts will help promote the network and build subscriber engagement.
Phase 2 – Revenue Activation
Once the platform reaches a minimum of 3,000 paid subscribers, a podcast revenue pool will activate.
20% monthly net streaming revenue will be allocated to podcast hosts.
Revenue distribution will be performance-based (views, watch time, subscriber conversions, engagement).
Initial seasons will consist of 10 episodes.
This is a founding opportunity. When the platform grows, you grow with it.
Requirements
Active social media presence with demonstrated engagement
Minimum 1,000 followers preferred (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
Ability to promote your show consistently
Strong on-camera presence and personality
Commitment to a 10-episode season
NYC-based talent is a plus for in-person production, but remote creators are welcome to apply.
