About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Podcast Video Editor who can edit high-quality podcast videos for YouTube, Instagram, and audio platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong editing skills, a storytelling approach, and the ability to create engaging and clean podcast visuals.
Key Responsibilities
• Edit long-form podcast videos (30–60 mins) for YouTube.
• Create short-form clips (Reels/Shorts) from podcast episodes.
• Sync audio and video perfectly.
• Enhance audio quality (noise reduction, leveling, EQ).
• Add captions, jump-cuts, overlays, and B-roll where needed.
• Design clean and engaging visual layouts for multi-cam podcast setups.
• Work closely with the content and production team to maintain brand style.Required Skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and social media format requirements.
• Experience with audio editing tools (Audition, Fairlight, etc.).
• Ability to work with multi-camera footage.
• Basic motion graphics & captions knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail & ability to meet deadlines.
Bonus Skills (Good to Have)
• Knowledge of colour grading.
• Prior experience editing interview or podcast content.
• Thumbnail designing skills.
• Understanding of YouTube/Instagram algorithm trends.
