Position Summary Or About The Role
• Senior Business Analyst is an Individual Contributor role where you would be involved in identifying complex fuzzy problems, breaking them down into smaller parts and implementing creative, data-driven solutions. You would be responsible for defining, tracking and improving key metrics and communicating business trends to stakeholders.

Roles Responsibilities:
• Analyse the business needs of clients to identify the business problems and propose solutions that help client organization to achieve its goals
• Conduct data gathering and analysis to understand strategical requirements and provide direction for project planning to ensure understanding of requirements and delivery
• Liaise with client, business partners and project team to ensure effective technical solutions
• Manage client expectations and monitors the performance to ensure client satisfaction
• Strong documentation of the configuration and requirement specification
• Serves as a technical lead and may have people management responsibilitiesCompetencies Skills
• Effective written and oral communication, client handling and negotiation skills
• Detail oriented and enterprising mindset

• Strong domain expertise
