Proficiency of MS ExcelKnowledge about Mortgage Loans, Property Papers and disbursement is preferred
Job Responsibilities:
Enhancement in Los logic and frameworkOn a continuous basis, Policy Team incorporates changes basis suggestions by branch users and self-monitoring.
The changes/ modification in the system are documented to the same effect in Master Policy.
Policy related changes are communicated to the application support team that are to be incorporated on priority basis. Once the changes are incorporated into the system, the application team confirms the same. Policy team to roll out the changes to all the branches.
Audit findings validation and updating policies:
Audit findings enhancement in policies, procedures are communicated to Policy Team for their validation. The team validates the queries and identifies feasibility of system and policy modifications. The System modifications are shared with Process Team/IT Team for preparing Business Requirement Document for further updating the system. Compliances with Regulatory Authority HFCs are governed by various regulatory boards like National Housing Board, Reserve Bank of India. Policy Team to assisting Compliance team with regulatory related compliances. Ancillary ActivitiesHandling of Credit bureau related queries with coordination with the agencies for providing solution to the required team.
Filtration of data to be published to the team for regular follow up of the Compliance/Policy requirements
