Job Description
Monitor call quality and provide feedback to agents to maintain high standards of communication. Coordinate with the campaign team to align call centre activities with overall campaign goals and strategies. Prepare and analyze call centre reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
Handle escalations and resolve issues promptly to ensure smooth operations. Stay updated on political trends and developments to effectively guide survey processes and team training. Facilitate regular training sessions to enhance agents' political knowledge and communication skills. Travel as required to support regional call centres or attend political events and meetings.
Qualifications. Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a political survey call centre. Proven track record of managing teams and meeting targets in a high-pressure environment. Strong understanding of political processes and the ability to conduct political surveys effectively.
Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication skills in both Hindi and English. A bachelors degree in Political Science or a related field is preferred.
Proficiency in call centre software and data analysis tools. Preferred Skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
