The Host is responsible for welcoming guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner to deliver exceptional Guest experiences. Your backdrop is facing lake Ontario to the South an the CN Tower to the North. Helping to make our Hotel Guests and day-pass holders enjoy an amazing experience poolside.

Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Greeting and seating guests, and presenting the various Pool side Cocktail and Dining menus;
Interacting with guests in a friendly, professional manner;
Answering the phone and taking restaurant reservations;
Restocking supplies and keeping the work area clean;
Ensure the bar area and lounge is clean and tidy;
Assist in other areas of F&B as determined by management.
What We are Looking for...
Positive attitude and EXCELLENT customer service skills;
Good communication, organizational, and time management skills;
Able to stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds and bend for up to 8 hours;
Excellent grooming standards;
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts that may include weekends, evenings and holidays.
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
Experience in Food and Beverage department and/or hospitality industry;
Knowledge of Micros, Lightspeed, or other POS systems;
Smart Serve.
