Job Description
• Reporting to the Trading head on a day-to-day basis.
• Coordinate with the Surveyor, security gate and transporters for loading and unloading of material;
• Minimize trade losses and port losses due to demurrage, detention, tank rent, etc., by ensuring timely unloading of vessel cargo;
• Responsible for reviewing all documents as per the SOP.
• LR Copy, challan and Weighment slip (audited) for each vehicle to be sent to Accounts team for Invoicing.
• Maintain Invoice file on month-on-month basis at the port office as well as validate the billing of customers in coordination with the Finance and Accounts team
• Coordinating with traders, brokers, customers and logistics and Transporters as per requirement for resolution of any issues regarding Cargo.
• Coordination with the custom clearing agents for enabling the shipment reaching the customers within the delivery schedule.
• Managing relevant documentation
• MIS and reporting of the status of the vessel movement and cargo status on a day-to-day to the Management.
Completion of any other duties as assigned by the Management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
