• Security Role and privilege
• SLA Configuration
• Case Routing Configuration
• Business Rule
• Business Process Flow
• JavaScript
• Power Portal, Configuration and customization.
• Power automates, Power Apps and Canvas apps.
• Ribbon work bench customization
• Entity Creating and Customization
• Solution customization and creation
• DevOps process
• Data migration.
