Must-Have Skills:
ServiceNow Expertise:
• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow, with a core focus on Service Portal development.
• Deep understanding and working knowledge of ServiceNow modules including: Service Portal, Service Catalog, ITSM, HRSD
Frontend Development:
• Proficiency in: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, Bootstrap
Customization & Scripting:
• Experience in: Developing and customizing widgets, Creating and managing UI pages, Advanced client-side scripting
• Skilled in writing and managing: JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts
Integration Skills:
• Knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs
• Experience with integration of third-party systems
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Certifications in ServiceNow are a plus.
