Job Description Portals, Content & Collab Capability Leader
• Overall experience 15+ years
• Proven working experience of minimum 4 to 5 years as a Capability Lead / Practice lead or relevant experience using Portals, Content & Collaboration & ECM technology
• Excellent knowledge of Portals, Content & Collaboration technical management, information analysis and of computer systems
• Expertise in Portals, Content & Collab management, and governance
• Strong hands-on experience with any two of the Portals, Content & Collab, Enterprise Content Management & Intelligent Customer Experience technologies like AEM, Liferay, Sitecore, Drupal, SharePoint, FileNet, OpenText, Documentum, Alfresco etc.
• Define & refine goals and objectives for the capability in consultation with the leadership and account managers
• Prepare and execute the Capability Development Plan and report against the plan to leadership at determined intervals
• Acquire new customers, develop strong customer relationships, and ensure customer success
• Lead solutioning effort to Portals, Content & Collaboration capability against bids & proposals
• Drive recruitment activities against all Portal Content, Collab open staffing needs
• Lead learning and development for Portals, Content & Collab capability
• Oversee & manage all deliverables against Portals, Content & Collab capability
• Keep abreast of the latest developments in the field and be ready to learn new things
• Manage technology provides and partners for this capability
