The Role
Pan Pacific Melbourne is looking for a Full-Time Porter to service our guest arrival, departure, concierge & inquiry experiences.
The successful Porter will:
Be the welcoming face of the hotel
Assist guests with their luggage requirements, providing a personable and efficient level of service
Valet park guest vehicles with a high degree of care
Assist guests with your knowledge of Melbourne and local attractions
Work a rotating roster including weekends & night shifts
Talent Profile
Ideally you will have:
Excellent customer service and communication skills
A valid Australian drivers licence
Knowledge of Melbourne and the surrounding areas
A high degree of physical fitness is essential, as the successful candidate will be responsible for movement of guest luggage
A genuine passion for hospitality and providing excellence guest service
