Tom Wood Nissan is seeking a dedicated and energetic Service Lane Attendant to support our service department. If you're reliable, organized, and committed to delivering a great customer experience, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers as they arrive in the service lane
Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the service area and lot
Park, retrieve, and organize vehicles safely and efficiently
Assist with vehicle preparation, lot organization, and transportation
Contribute to a positive dealership experience through excellent service
Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff
Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs
Qualifications
Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication and customer service skills
Positive, outgoing, and dependable
Team-oriented and willing to learn
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
