As an energizing and confident Porter, you will join our creative and diverse Front Office Team, connecting with people and making things happen at Amora Jamison Sydney Hotel. Being able to multi-task and care for our guests will ensure your day is full of exciting challenges but also manageable with different priorities.

About us
Founded in 1++7, the Amora group owns and operates six Asia Pacific properties, with three in Australia and three in Thailand. The group has recently opened its inaugural corporate office in Sydney, which will spearhead a growth plan to double its portfolio from six to twelve hotels in five years.
The Amora service is a pleasure for our guests and our team is at the heart of every guest experience.
Primary Responsibilities
Valet parking of guest cars
Delivery of luggage to guest rooms
Assisting with guest enquiries e.g. directions, recommendations of restaurants, events, tourist attractions…
Handling guest feedback and resolving any issues & complaints
Roles Requirements
High level of grooming and personal presentation
High level of both written and verbal communication
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including early mornings, late nights, weekends and public holidays
Working rights in Australia
Previous experience in similar roles is advantage
Being able to handle physical demanding job
