The role…
We have a superb opportunity for a Porter who will support the reception team with the arrival and departure of our guests. You will need to have a friendly and outgoing personality, a can-do attitude, a flexible approach to work and a passion for customer service excellence. Aspects of this job may involve carrying luggage and booking taxis, however the largest part of the role will be parking and retrieving guest cars so being a confident driver is essential. Previous experience of working in a hotel environment is desirable although not essential as fully training will be given.
