What You'll Do: As a Guest Experience Host - Porter, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued throughout their stay. Your responsibilities will include:
Warmly welcoming and bidding farewell to guests.
Handling the collection and delivery of luggage and other items.
Coordinating and parking guest vehicles as needed.
Providing local information on activities and events.
Supporting other departments when required.
Demonstrating a professional, proactive, and can-do attitude in every interaction.
What You'll Bring:
Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel environment is preferred.
Passion for hospitality and genuine enthusiasm for connecting with guests.
High energy level and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Strong attention to detail with excellent multitasking and communication skills.
Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to new situations.
Impeccable personal presentation and a valid New Zealand full driver's license.
Eagerness to develop a career in the hospitality industry.
