Job Description
Supporting strategic initiatives including but not limited to: integrations with systems of records and implementation of core performance analytics and enhancements (e.g. daily performance calculations, attribution, supporting performance views on Advisor Platforms)
Working with senior project managers to identify and document project scope, gathering business requirements, assessing dependencies and risks, setting and tracking milestones
Helping prioritize work in an agile team with user story grooming, sprint planning, and all release management activities
Developing and documenting test scripts and testing evidence, maintaining JIRA boards and dashboard for reporting to senior management
Participating in end to end user testing (UAT and Production) of downstream client applications
Assisting with logging and tracking defects and improvements identified during testing
Support change management and control activities
Maintaining project scorecards/key metrics for senior management
Providing various ad hoc data research and analysis as needed
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:
Ability to work independently, set priorities and deliver results (under tight time frames and pressure)
Experience with portfolio performance, investments and/or products, and project management skills preferred
7-10 years work experience preferred
Strong analytical skill to be able to assess and clearly articulate complex ideas and possess creativity
Strong interpersonal, communication, listening, and writing skills. Candidate must be comfortable speaking in front of groups and leading discussions/presenting
Action oriented with a focus on results and an innovative mindset
Highly motivated, proactive and self-starter
Ability to work well on a global integrated team
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of personnel
Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Jira board preferred
