Full job description
As the Portfolio Delivery Officer, you will work closely with Program Directors, Portfolio Managers and Portfolio Delivery Leads, and delivery teams to support effective portfolio and initiative support. You will play a key role in assisting the portfolio delivery team with administration and team coordination.
This position is open to candidates in Brisbane, offering you the flexibility to work from home two days a week.
You’ll make an impact by:
Scheduling meetings with internal and external stakeholders
Taking notes and actions in workshops and meetings to prepare outputs and documents
Support tracking and managing portfolio and initiative documentation including status, milestones, schedule, and financials
Help maintain and improve the Delivery Playbook templates and tools.
Maintenance of initiative communication channels, collaboration sites and reference artefacts, such as SharePoint, Teams, JIRA and Confluence
Raising purchase requisitions and processing invoices updating tracking information in budgets and forecasts
Assist with the coordination and creation of initiative deliverables and documents calling on subject matter expert participation, both internally and externally, where required.

2+ years working experience in corporate environments
Demonstrated ability to provide administrative and professional support
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Demonstrated ability to work well independently and collaborate in a team environment
Proven ability to manage own priorities, set workloads, follow through and meet deadlines independently
Ability to exercise a high level of honesty, courage, discretion, judgment, and integrity
Solid written and verbal communication skills with the ability to positively influence team members and other key stakeholders
