Role Description
The Portfolio Management, (KYC): EDR portfolio role is responsible leading the Event Driven Review portfolio for Institutional Cash Management (ICM) and Trade Finance Financial Institutions (TFFI) clients within a global group of entities as part of Deutsche Bank (DB).

Your Key Responsibilities
• You will be responsible for the End 2 End oversight of these reviews, support the relevant local Regional Lead and Portfolio Manager in supporting progress while working closely alongside the KYC Officers as they undertake the required KYC risk assessments, utilizing a strong policy and process understanding and a developed network of contacts to resolve case specific challenges as they arise. The function is critical in ensuring EDR reviews can complete efficiently and effectively to deadlines.
• Drives progress of the entire portfolio, proactively identifying and highlighting where reviews are falling behind schedule, providing an appropriate level of intervention and management to support the review recovering to schedule.
• Identifies common issues in process or reviews, seeks and implements effective solutions to mitigate or extinguish any future impacts.
• Acts as functional / operational KYC SME for the EDR review types supporting ACOs, KYC Officers, Region Leads, Portfolio Managers and ICM TFFI Leadership
• Represents ICM TFFI in global governance and process forums ensuring clear understanding of our portfolio and process.
• Establishes and maintains close partnership with other KYC Portfolio managers, KYC Officers, ACOs, other EDR Business SMEs and relevant stakeholders globally.
Your Skills And Experience
• Relevant university degree and / or equivalent professional experience together with fluency in written and spoken English.
• Previous experience with KYC assessments, Quality Assurance, Anti Financial Crime and knowledge of Correspondent Banking Due Diligence Standards
• Strong knowledge of DB’s key KYC systems (specifically dbCLM, dbCAR, Salesforce) preferable
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; a proactive and fast learner
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues and clients at all levels of seniority and across functions and locations.
