Exp 2 to 10yrs
Salary -.Upto 23Lacs
Location Mumbai
Core KPIs
• Responsible for product development, enhancements, modifications in the existing and new Debit Cards
• Managing various Debit Cards variants and various KPIs on debit cards to increase penetration and usage
• Introducing new innovations in the Debit Cards / payments - Data Analysis for creating actionable insights in line with the Debit Cards business Strategy
• Responsible for conceptualization, development, implementation of various Debit Cards projects
• Regulatory Compliance for Debit Cards Product - Market mapping in terms of latest trends, products, activities, and best practices
• Reviewing product delivery pipeline & clearing obstacles faced by the tech team
• Perform comprehensive data explorations around acquisition and portfolio KPIs to generate inquisitive insights and scope out the core of proposition
• Align proposition with current acquisition journeys & on boarding new customer
• Facilitate resolving intermittent tech issues
• Creating organic promotors (NPS) thru Debit Card as a lever
• Cost profitability analysis pre and post product launch
• Launch planning and project management
• Growth strategy planning and execution
• Updating higher management on product road map, project status and product growth path
