Job Description & Key Deliverables:
Development and conceptualization of Portfolio management programmes and initiatives with the aim of maximizing revenue opportunities and profitability for the remittance business
Customer life cycle management from acquisition to retention for digital remittance platform
Drive & achieve targeted business volume & income numbers
Cross Sell, VAS promotions
Product analytics and thereby creating trend barometers/product drivers
Work closely with internal teams for campaign management and drive acquisition
Driving Inward Remittance through RDA Partners and Digital Platform
Grow NR Account opening among registered users on digital platform and also through Alliances & Partnerships
Manage remittance business P & L
Analytics & business report automation
Skills:
Post graduate with experience in product and portfolio management preferably in Remittance/Card/UPI/Digital Retail Platform /Telecom VAS services
Worked in a reputed bank /fintech with an experience of managing teams and engaging with multiple stakeholders internally as well as outside the Bank
Good presentation skills
Analytical skill to organize and present large data for Senior Management interactions
Should have owned ROI / revenue responsibility of campaign/product in the past
Displayed notable success in lifecycle management including activation, usage & retention schemes
Experience: Minimum 7-8 years’ experience-portfolio manager
