Portfolio Management is responsible for overseeing portfolio management including asset selection. The primary objective is to maximize return while appropriately balancing risk for a group of client/fund assets for a specific asset type/class.

Work includes:

• Preparing reports on investment transactions and status for submission to management

• Determining portfolio allocation and managing cash and securities including both debt and equities

Your Key Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of the key outcomes according to the approved target KPIs for GCP and SOA

• Portfolio Management in partnership with sub domain Leads, ensuring that quality of planning, execution and risk management practices are applied, including quality assurance of delivery.

• Organize and coordinate different portfolio forums for CFT Cirrus programme

• Perform health checks on Portfolio level, flag if any remediation actions to be performed and follow-up on their completion.

• Support the preparation of ad-hoc firedrills within the organization by sharing relevant information and best practices.

• Active contributor to Finance and Change Control with Cirrus

• Drive annual budget requests (Investment Governance) for CFT for apps planning for GCP migration.

• Accountable and responsible to run the CtB financial budget management for the CF-Cirrus

• Ensure the allocation keys / charge backs for costs are appropriate.

• Responsible for operational processes of FTE and Financial Plans, Budgets and Forecast and daily monitoring of progress, incl. onboarding of new joiners.

• Collaborate with the CFT Central Mgmt./Sub domains COO teams to ensure a clear view on financials, resource management and adherence to headcount targets.

• Collaborate with Sub domains COO teams for gathering the needed information to update dbClarity according to the Change Governance calendar.

• Represent in GCP demand management forums and take necessary actions for the domain.

• Use Agile approaches to define value and stakeholder needs, leverage JIRA EPICs and Stories to create RAID backlog items for future prioritization.

• Advanced skills in elective stakeholder management along with advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to discuss and face different points of view in a constructive manner.

• Knowledge and experience in dbClarity & Jira is an added advantage
