Drive Spends of Rs 48500 Cr from High Spends Customers
• Drive increase in key parameters such as SPAC, Txn/cust, %Spends retention, %active retention
• Ring fencing of Existing Debit Card Usage on these customers
Implement & Launch the Premium Elite club for high Debit Card Users giving special benefits to TOP of wallet customers thus driving engagement
• Drive Spends by activating the inactive customers and thereby increasing the overall spends on Debit Cards
Drive Activation of High Spends Debit Cards Customers
Achieve 81% retention of High Spend Debit Cards
• Drive Propensity Programs through existing customer usage pattern
• Drive multiple portfolio interventions to increase the Debit Card share transactions of the customer
• Drive multiple interventions for improving the stickiness of the customers
• Drive Transaction Drive through Nudge Program on Debit Cards
• Drive Category level interventions for increasing the width of Debit Card usage
• Segmented Analytical Portfolio Interventions

Transaction Width Increase Program
Special Programs for Sunrise MCCs like Insurance, Mutual Fund, Tax Payment, Education, Toll Payments etc
• End to end Debit card campaign planning & execution to support timely launch & fulfilment
• Drive Online Usage Activation of High Spenders
• Drive Digital Campaign basis customers usage pattern in online business
• Drive retention of Spends ensuring intervention basis the merchant category in the past usage
• Conduct portfolio programs across various digital channels such as SMS, Email, Facebook, Instagram, CP ATM & CP Net, and Mobile Banking to promote offers, features, benefit of Online Payment through Debit Cards etc
• Implement multiple BTL Programs through to drive the increase in Online Spends of Customers in the respective portfolio
• Generate new Ideas and Innovative Models
Develop various strategies basis customers profile viz:
a) Geography Metro, Urban, Semi Urban & Rural
• b) Card Type Platinum, Business, Times Points , Rewards etc
• c) Liability Product Type: Savings, Current, Salary
• Develop a Model on Attrition Management covering the entire 360 Degree Inactive Status of High Spenders to retain the Spends & Activation
• Launch innovative analytical programs basis customer vintage & Wallet Size to increase the spends and activation on debit cards
• Franchisee Offers on Debit Cards
Work along with the Franchisee team to understand the industry strategy on Active High Usage customers
• Launch portfolio intervention in conjunction with Visa/Mastercard to increase the card usage of customers
• Ensure end to end roll out of the promotional programs for the customers with fulfilment of the offer
