Role/Job Title: Product Manager - Credit Cards

Job Purpose
This role will primarily be responsible to drive Inorganic/EMI Spends for the Credit Card Portfolio Team. Their broad responsibility is to develop and implement business strategies for EMI Spends and help reach the assigned targets. In order to successfully reach their goal, the individual needs to closely work with multiple teams including Product, Marketing, Tech, UX, Operations, Analytics, Risk/Policy and Customer Service & Outbound calling teams.
Key / Primary Responsibilities: -
• Drive Key EMI projects —from conception to launch.
• Digital Initiatives to drive EMI spends - Identifying the gaps, initiating and driving projects for automating processes, creation of user journeys (App & Website)
• Develop strategies to increase EMI penetration/adoption of EMI from Digital (DIY) channels
• Utilize qualitative and quantitative insights to develop hypotheses and build customer offers and communication plan
• Work with Risk and Policy teams for various EMI products
• Work with Marketing team on customer communication for offers and EMI products
• Partner with engineers, designers, marketing, customer operations, strategy and analytics teams to rapidly develop and deliver projects
Secondary Responsibilities: -
• Communicating and collaborating with leaders from multiple disciplines and across multiple product lines
• Ideate innovative acquisition concepts
• Defining clear success metrics, and supporting the teams to achieve them
Key Success Metrics: -
Business Vision: Growth in acceptance and spends for Credit Cards EMI products.
Customer Focus: Deep dive in user behavior by talking to real customers, analyzing data and seeing the products used in the real world.
Execution mindset: Understand the problems we are trying to solve and work closely with engineers, designers, data scientists, and other functions to define, iterate and ship an awesome sustainable product.
Communication: Build constructive relationships, communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and have a great time doing it.
Work experience - 5 to 8 years
Education - MBA
