Responsible for the identification, planning, and development of marketing strategies and initiatives for a portfolio for existing and new education offerings. Lead the overall strategy for Zscaler's product training offerings in order to drive higher customer adoption. Work closely with internal stakeholders such as Product Management, Customer Success, and Sales to coordinate and develop marketing plans and analyze best marketing channels for the adoption of training and certification products and services. Align education services strategy with business growth plans and adoption objectives.
Responsibilities
• Design service offerings and packages for the entire education portfolio.
• Creating and implementing marketing campaigns and competitive analysis. .
• Creating marketing materials, coordinating events, managing social media and digital marketing campaigns, and ensure that training offerings are positioned effectively in the market.
• Define and execute GTM strategy globally for all education offerings for existing and new solutions.
• Establish NSI strategy roadmap relative to NPI initiatives and ensure the two are aligned.
• Collaborate with leaders of product management, customer success, professional services, customer support, and technical account management to ensure education offerings and GTM processes are in sync
• Responsible for leading new education offering launches.
• Establish metrics and analytics necessary to develop adoption models needed to support global education alignment with customer value and adoption.
Qualifications
• Experience in education portfolio management for SaaS, PaaS, IaaS products and technology.
• Minimum 5- 8 years of experience leading global education initiatives including; defining the global Edu services offering roadmap, driving education GTM initiatives, establishing pricing models, and identifying new education offering opportunities.
• Understanding of the net new and existing customer enablement within large enterprises.
• Supporting running education certifications, event planning, campaigns etc.
• Proven track record growing the overall education portfolio and adoption within a technology SaaS, IaaS, or PaaS company preferably with security and networking technologies.
• Experience in fast growth environments while acquiring new companies/products and incorporating those into the overall education offerings.
• Experience utilizing data analytics to build business cases and for trending analysis.
• Minimum BS in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, MIS or related field.
