In this exciting role, you will be responsible for building and managing a portfolio of High Net Worth Individual (HNI) clients, while generating significant business growth for the bank.
Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned HNI clients
• Conduct in-depth financial needs analysis to understand client goals and risk tolerance
• Recommend and customize a comprehensive suite of banking solutions, including wealth management products, investment strategies, and credit facilities
• Proactively identify new business opportunities and cross-selling initiatives
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring adherence to bank policies and regulations
• Manage a robust portfolio of HNI client accounts, monitoring activity and performance
• Regularly communicate with clients, providing investment updates, portfolio reviews, and personalized financial guidance
• Achieve and exceed individual and branch sales targets
• Participate in branch events and activities to build brand awareness and generate new leads
• Maintain strong working relationships with internal departments (wealth management, credit, operations) to ensure seamless client service
• Adhere to all regulatory compliance requirements and best practices
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• 6 to 10 years of experience in core Retail Liability Banking Sales
• 2 to 5 years of proven success in managing and growing HNI client portfolios
• Strong understanding of financial products, investment strategies, and wealth management principles
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and bank-specific CRM software
• A strong work ethic, with a commitment to professional development
