Stakeholder management & project management for multiple projects at a time Complete hands-on in ETL/ Data ware house testing using AWS, MDM, Hadoop, Informatica & Ab-Initio Drive project requirement analysis for Risk domain projects Review & preparation of Test ware - estimates, scenarios, cases, data Entire test cycle management - Test execution tracking, Defect reporting and tracking Demonstrate implementation of process, strategy and/or testing improvement/efficiencies What will you be doing Knowledge and Skill Understanding of Big Data deliveries Participate in requirement analysis and static testing Participate in test estimations for project Create test cases/ scripts/ charters/ data sheets/ sample data Escalate issues to TM/PTM as appropriate Provide guidance to other team members on technology/domain/application queries Demonstrate an improvement in business and/or system knowledge in your relevant program line 5-7 years of experience in software testing with at least 2 years in test delivery management Strong knowledge and hands on experience in Data concepts, ETL (Ab-Initio, Informatica), Data Warehousing , Hadoop, AI/ML RDBMS with exposure to Unix, Mainframes Good Understanding of automation frameworks, tools and techniques, UNIX/LINUX OS 2. Communication Stakeholder management & overall project management for 2-3 project at a time The test analyst is expected to document all testing details in a testing tool and Follow agreed guidelines. New functionality is to be documented and shared with the larger testing team so that all are aware of any new changes to system behaviour and functionality Send out daily/weekly progress reports. Ensure that test case execution and defect statuses are reported in a clear and concise form in daily/weekly progress reports Choose and effectively use the most appropriate form of communication (face to face, AV, phone, bChat and email) with all stakeholders 3.
