About the Internship:
Khaitan & Co is seeking motivated legal interns to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for students to gain valuable experience and exposure in a leading law firm.
Eligibility:
• Pursuing an LLB or law degree from a recognized law school.
• Indian students in the II and III years of a three-year degree or IV and V years of a five-year degree.
• Advanced knowledge of computers (MS Office, infographics, Adobe, etc.) is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of legal concepts such as CPC, Contract Act, Specific Relief Act, Limitation Act, Arbitration and Conciliation Act, and procedural knowledge of High Court/Supreme Court.
Key Skills:
• Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in using research tools like Manupatra and SCC Online.
• Good understanding of legal subjects and the ability to build on this knowledge.
• Ability to analyze facts and laws and present them strategically to the team.
• Multi-tasking skills.
