Position: Creative Executive – (Regular – OBC)
Qualification and Experience:
Applicant should have a Master’s degree in Fine /Commercial Arts, Graphic Design or relevant area.
Post-Graduation / Post qualification certifications in design / media or any other relevant field is desirable.
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in graphics design.
Age: Max. 40 Years
Job Profile:
Duties and responsibilities of the appointed person will include but are not limited to the following:
Conceptualising design plan and preparing art work by gathering information and materials.
Illustrating concepts through end-to-end design process – rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, etc. to finished copy for printing / posting.
Create designs compatible for social media postings.
Shouldering responsibility to provide complete end-to-end delivery of design.
Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designer, marketing, printers etc.
Maintaining technical knowledge by attending design workshops; reviewing professional publications; participating in professional societies.
Designing annual report, academic calendar, story books, online Flip book, brochures, magazine, invites, posters and banners etc.
Splice raw film footage together from various sources and shoots, and editing the footage to create a cohesive and impactful story for the target audience.
Basic Web page designing
Branding: Visioning & Storytelling, design thinking process, corporate branding, visual identity, print design, stationery, packaging.
Key Skills:
Graphic Design Skills – Adobe CC InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, lightroom, CorelDraw, Dreamweaver, Premiere Pro, and Adobe after effects
Good knowledge of print media publication
Should have experience in making short films (AV)
Should be able to handle photography assignments
Prioritization/management of projects
Deadline Oriented
Reporting to:
The selected person will report to the Head – Communication & Media.
Salary & Benefits:
Selected candidate will be offered a Regular appointment at Level 6 of 7th Pay commission with a probation period of 2 years
