About the Role:
Lighthouse Learning Pvt. Ltd. is seeking experienced and dynamic Sales Managers to lead our Pre-Sales Franchise Acquisition for EuroKids Preschools. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring franchise partners and setting up preschools, with franchisee setup costs ranging between 15-20 Lakhs per franchisee.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire and onboard new franchise partners.
- Collaborate with potential franchisees to ensure smooth setup and operation.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Drive the franchise acquisition strategy across the specified regions.
Requirements:
- 6-8 years of experience in franchising, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- In-depth market knowledge and a go-getter attitude.
- Proven track record in sales and franchise acquisition.
Property Executive Role:
- Identifying and acquiring properties suitable for preschool setups.
- Negotiating and finalizing property deals in the respective regions.
