About the Job:
Tabreed India is seeking a skilled and experienced Legal Associate to join our legal team. This role is based in Gurugram and is ideal for a lawyer with a strong background in commercial contracts and transactions. We are looking for candidates with 3+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) who have worked in either a law firm or an in-house legal team.
Key Responsibilities:
Commercial Contracts: Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, ensuring compliance with legal standards and company policies.
Transactions: Provide legal support and guidance on various transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and other commercial deals.
Legal Compliance: Ensure that all contractual agreements and transactions adhere to applicable laws and regulations.
Client Interaction: Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to provide legal advice and ensure the smooth execution of contracts and transactions.
Qualifications:
Education: LLB from a recognized university.
Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in commercial contracts and transactions, gained in a law firm and/or in-house legal team.
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
