Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee legal matters related to real estate finance.
Provide legal support and advice on transactions, compliance, and regulatory issues.
Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and contracts.
Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements in real estate finance.
Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners as needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Real Estate Finance.
Proven expertise in the legal aspects of real estate transactions.
Experience in the Maharashtra, Gujarat, and MPCG (West Zone) regions.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
