Joining our Joondalup team you will experience friendly and passionate support from the team and regular clinical supervision to help you thrive as a PBS practitioner. We offer extensive opportunities to extend your technical knowledge about restrictive practice, increase your plan writing skills and learn about proactive and reactive strategies to increase quality of life for NDIS participants.
The office:
Across the road from Lakeside shopping centre for lunch or post-work shopping.
5-minute drive from the commercial hub where you can find plenty of amazing restaurants.
Day to day you will:
Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse environments, from participants' homes to day centers, parks, and even at the beach
Build enduring relationships with participants and witness the lasting impact of your work
Celebrate every milestone with participants and their families, understanding that every step forward is a victory worth cherishing

PBS registration
Backgrounds such as Psychology or Social Work are ideal experience for this space.
A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
An NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willing to obtain)
Interest in being a Supervisor and growing the Behaviour Support team
Minimum of 5+ years of Behaviour Support experience
