About the Role:
As a PBS Practitioner at ORS, you will:
Deliver evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support services under the NDIS
Develop and implement Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs)
Conduct functional behaviour assessments (FBAs)
Collaborate with clients, families, carers, and allied health professionals
Work autonomously while being supported by a national team of Senior Practitioners and Clinical Leaders
Receive supervision aligned to NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements
What We’re Looking For:
Strong clinical experience supporting individuals within the disability and mental health sector, supporting wellbeing, independence and individual goals
Excellent written communication and report writing skills
Passion for working with individuals with disability and a commitment to human rights-based, person-centred support
Car and License essential
