The Opportunity
CLO is seeking a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our Clinical Team at our Edwardstown office and take your career in PBS to the next level.

What You’ll Do
Design and deliver individualised and group interventions for people with complex needs, including mental health.
Develop and implement evidence-based PBS plans, positive programming, and support strategies across multiple settings.
Analyse behavioural data and produce functional behaviour analysis reports.
Guide and support implementing providers to ensure best practice service delivery.
Collaborate with stakeholders to promote least restrictive practices in line with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission guidelines.
Drive innovation through program development, evaluation, and consumer engagement.
Maintain formal registration as a PBS Practitioner with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
