Team Lead Software Engineering

MANDATORY SKILLS:
1. Highly proficient in Core Java and J2EE technologies with 7+ years of experience
2. Deep understanding of data structures with excellent problem-solving skills
3. Complete understanding of Object-Oriented Analysis, Design & Programming
4. Detailed understanding of Design and Architecture of highly scalable systems.
5. Hands on Experience with open-Source Frameworks like Spring, Hibernate and related technologies
6. Strong Experience in web services development, SOAP and RESTFul using Jersey, Apache Axis, CXF or other frameworks
7. Complete Understanding of relational databases and noSQL databases. Relational DB (Oracle, MySQL) and no sql (Mongo)
8. Hands on Experience with scripting language like Java/Groovy script
+. Demonstrated knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems
10. Experience with build tools like Maven/Gradle/GIT
11. Experience in XML, Apache Camel and Tomcat
12. Good knowledge of Jenkins and CI/CD
13. Understanding of TDD practices and experience with Unit, System & Integration Testing
14. Strong communication skills in English, written and verbal
Job Requirements
PREFERRED SKILLS:
Understanding of Agile development framework is a plus
Experience or Knowledge of HTML 5/CSS 3/JavaScript/AJAX
Understanding of modern JavaScript frameworks like ReactJS, AngularJS, BackboneJS and related
Knowledge of Sonar and Veracode is a plus
