Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and versatile Post Producer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in photo editing (HDR), video editing for real estate and social media, graphic design, and corporate video production. This role requires a creative eye, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
HDR Photo Editing: Process and enhance HDR photos for real estate listings, ensuring clarity, accurate colors, and balanced exposure.
Video Editing: Edit real estate videos, social media reels, and corporate content using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or other industry-standard software.
Social Media Content Creation: Design engaging social media posts, short-form videos, and branded graphics for various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
Graphic Design: Create visually appealing designs for social media, promotional materials, and client branding using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
Corporate Video Production: Edit and produce corporate videos, including interviews, brand stories, and promotional content, ensuring professional quality.
Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to understand project goals, deliver on-brand content, and ensure a consistent visual style.
Quality Control: Review and ensure all content meets client specifications and brand guidelines.
File Management: Maintain an organized workflow for all digital assets, including photos, videos, and design files.
Requirements:
Proven Experience: 2+ years of experience in multimedia content production, including HDR photo editing, video editing, graphic design, and corporate videos.
Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator).
Creativity: A strong eye for design, color grading, and visual storytelling.
Time Management: Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to take direction, provide feedback, and collaborate with a creative team.
Portfolio Required: Please include a link to your portfolio showcasing your best work in HDR photos, video editing, social media content, and graphic design.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with corporate branding and promotional video editing.
Familiarity with color grading (LUTs, HDR adjustments).
Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
Understanding of social media trends and best practices.
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate or project-based compensation (negotiable based on experience).
Flexible working hours (remote or hybrid).
