We’re a production company that creates authentic, emotion-driven content — from real estate projects to sleek corporate and tourism videos. You’ll get to work on real projects from day one and learn how a lean, fast-moving creative team gets it done.
What You’ll Do
Edit video content in Premiere Pro with a focus on story, pacing, and visual polish
Help organize footage and prep timelines with proxies and presets
Create simple motion graphics or assist in prepping assets in After Effects
Touch up real estate and commercial photos in Lightroom and Photoshop
Collaborate on creative ideas and bring a bit of your own flavor to each edit
Help manage our file delivery, backups, and cloud storage system
Keep projects organized and ready for handoff or final export

Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in video editing, either professionally or through consistent freelance/personal projects
Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, especially: Premiere Pro (must-have), Lightroom and Photoshop (for photo retouching), After Effects (basic familiarity a bonus)
Strong understanding of video post-production workflows, including media organization, proxy generation, and color correction
Bonus Points If…
You’ve done any editing for YouTube, branded content, or short-form social videos
You’ve worked on real estate photography or video
You’ve got any experience with AI tools (like Topaz Photo AI, Runway, or Adobe’s generative tools)
