This position will work with Production & Post Production Team of Juggernaut Productions, a division of IN10 Media Pvt. Ltd.
About Juggernaut Productions: We are a Creative Content Studio and the production arm of IN10 Media, led by Mr. Aditya Pittie. Juggernaut aims to create a plethora of video content across formats, platforms and industries, servicing clients as varied as OTT platforms, broadcasters, advertisers, and brands which will include binge-worthy web series, clutter breaking TV series, Digital & Mobile audio content, corporate films, brand films, short-form content. We have created an exclusive, top-notch concept bank which has evolved through a rigorous process of curation after several intensive and productive sessions with Writers / Show-runners / Directors. Our in-house team consists of creatives who have already worked for VOOT, ALTBalaji, Reliance Entertainment, and Times Group. Our In-house writers room consists of writers who have previously written content for TVF, Dice Media, MTV India, OML, & ALTBalaji.
We are looking for candidates from Media & entertainment Industry, particularly from Webseries/OTT/Film Production background.
This position will coordinate with Post Production team for all the projects of Juggernaut
Ensure each show has the resources and plan to deliver content of the highest quality.
Onboarding process of editors/freelancers to the ecosystem including assisting editorial teams with best practices.
Track projects in the pre-production phase in anticipation of those projects coming into post-production.
Maintaining the organization and allocating permissions of files on cloud-based systems.
Coordinate and manage the viewing of cuts for all shows.
Coordinate Post Production Workflow calls.
Coordinate and attend key creative approval sessions such as final mix playbacks, color correction reviews and legal clearance reviews.
Stay abreast with emerging trends in Post Production and pro-actively connect with talent.
Obtaining assets such as graphics, music, and archival videos and photos.
Digital Asset coordination and delivery for internal and external teams.
Track and manage post schedules, keeping leadership apprised of status as well as anticipating and problem solving potential roadblocks.
Oversee the entire process of Post Production for different projects
Innovate ways to ensure delivery is before scheduled time meeting highest quality standards.
Working with internal teams to ensure delivery of material is of highest quality standards.
Desired Education and Experience:
1. Have at least 3+ years of experience as Post Production Coordinator for films or webseries.
2. Must hold a graduation degree.
3. Degree in Media & Entertainment from reputed institute will be an added advantage.
4. Working knowledge of post related softwares like Adobe Premiere Pro, Davinci Resolve and Frame.io
Essential job specific Technical Competencies & Skills:
1. Must have been responsible for internal coordination and timely delivery of all projects within allotted time.
2. Must have excellent knowledge of MS Office.
3. Understand the best practices of Post Production Management and must be hands on in dealing with nuances of process.
4. The role holder must have pleasing personality, multitasker, excellent command over English and native languages.
Desired Behavioral Competencies & Attributes:
Time management, Multitasking, great communication skills, enjoys testing and experimenting with ways to get things done.
