Role: Post Sale Executive
Work experience- 4-5 years
Responsibilities:
Manage customer documents & payments.
Update clients on project progress.
Assist with possession & registration.
Coordinate with sales, legal & finance teams.
Follow up on payments & resolve issues.
Skills:
Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
Basic real estate & legal knowledge.
Proficient in MS Office & Excel.
Customer-focused & problem-solving mindset.
